5 Position Helps You Maintain Body Pregnancy

Hi readers, how are you? Back again I will share an article about good and comfortable position for the fetus in carrying out your daily activities. From day to day physical changes begin to feel early pregnancy. You must think about the right position so as not to interfere with your pregnancy.
Here are some tips for you in carrying out daily activities :

1.       Walking and standing
At the time of running advised to walk with head held forward. Keeping your shoulders to stay upright, while the same average position your feet in the weight of your body. Avoid using high heels. 3.       Wake up from sleep position
If you ever have trouble when waking from sleep position? This is exactly the way you do that is tilted to first save one of your hands on the sides of your body. 4.       Taking objects fall to the floor
